HR Collaboration Group is a women-owned HR consulting, outsourcing, and recruiting firm headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana. We provide strategic HR consulting, fractional and interim HR support, full-spectrum recruiting and staffing, HR compliance, leadership development, and related business and people solutions to employers across Northern Indiana, Michiana, and surrounding regions.

Our Site is intended to inform prospective and current clients and candidates about our services, share HR insights, and facilitate consultation requests and candidate inquiries.

  • HRC may share your professional information with prospective employer clients as part of our recruiting process, with your knowledge and where applicable, your consent
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee consideration, interview, placement, or employment
  • HRC acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers and is not the employer of record unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement
  • HRC may retain your information for consideration in future opportunities unless you request otherwise
